Youth Training Program
From 2016-2019 Greg was the Assistant Training Manager of the High Performance Match Racing program for sailors up to 23 years old. This was a 50-sailor program run by 2 coaches and RC volunteers, requiring high levels of discipline and organization. At the same time, he coached Wentworth High School at the Russell Coutts Sailing Foundation.
