All splices are done in-house to your specifications — halyards, sheets, control lines, furling lines, and more. Properly terminated, covered where needed, and ready to install yourself or have us run it for you.

Full Boat Running Rigging Packages

Ready for a complete refresh? We assess your entire running rig and replace everything with a coordinated, properly sized setup. Packages include consultation, line selection, splicing, and full installation — or we can supply the finished lines and let you take it from there.

Line Installation

Halyards — Main, jib, spinnaker, and code zero halyards, run and terminated correctly at both ends

Furling Lines — Sized and routed for your furling system with appropriate low-stretch construction

Lazy Jacks — New systems installed or existing systems re-rigged with fresh line

Hardware Service

Sheave Replacement — Worn or cracked sheaves swapped out at the masthead, deck, or boom

Winch Replacement — New winch installation with proper deck backing and alignment

Winch Servicing — Full strip-down, clean, inspect, and re-grease to restore smooth, reliable operation

We stock and source furling units, blocks, winches, friction rings, and sheaves from Harken and other leading manufacturers. Buy what you need and install it yourself, or have us handle it — whichever works for you.
